To use the Service, you must: • Create an account with accurate, complete information • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use
You agree not to: • Use the Service for any illegal purposes • Send spam or unsolicited messages through the platform • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service • Impersonate another person or entity • Collect user data without consent
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis • Failure to pay may result in account suspension
• You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service • We do not claim ownership of your business data • You grant us a license to process your data solely to provide the Service • We will not sell your data to third parties
• Our AI assistant is designed to help with bookings but may occasionally make errors • You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all appointments • AI responses are generated based on general patterns and your business configuration • We continuously improve our AI but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy
• Use of WhatsApp through our platform is subject to WhatsApp Business Terms • You are responsible for compliance with WhatsApp policies • Message delivery depends on WhatsApp infrastructure availability • We are not responsible for WhatsApp service interruptions
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time • We may terminate accounts that violate these terms • Upon termination, you may request export of your data • Certain provisions survive termination (e.g., limitations of liability)
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
